HR Advisor
Location: Hinckley (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £35,000
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. Operating in a fast-paced environment, they deliver employer-focused solutions across a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations (ER):
Manage a caseload of ER issues, ranging from one-off queries to complex cases, ensuring seamless resolution from start to finish.
Conduct document reviews and provide accurate and timely guidance on various HR matters.
2. Client Support:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Provide tailored solutions, offering a balance between legally compliant best practices and commercially focused options.
Effectively communicate any risks associated with proposed actions.
3. General HR Advisory:
Stay up to date with employment law, HR best practices, and ACAS guidelines to ensure advice aligns with current standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and deliver exceptional service to every client interaction.
What Our Client is Looking For
1. Solid experience in HR Advisory or actively managing a team, with a strong focus on employee relations.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and ACAS best practices.
3. Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize and provide clear, actionable guidance.
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an attention to detail.
