Job summary This is a Team Leader Support Worker opportunity with Libertatem Healthcare Group, a provider of care and support services for clients with personal injuries or medical negligence. Main duties of the job As a Team Leader Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our client in the community, ensuring their safety at home, and assisting them to live as independently as possible.
