Our client are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager, with a broad digital marketing skill-set to lead a new marketing team. This will be a broad hands-on marketing role for an SME based in Liverpool city centre. Description The Marketing Manager Role will involve: Develop and implement robust, multi-channel marketing strategies Focusing marketing strategy on lead generation Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team Work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives Reporting on Marketing ROI to senior directors. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure competitive marketing practices Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns Report marketing results to senior management Ensure the company brand is consistent across all marketing materials Profile A successful Marketing Manager should have: 3 years experience in Marketing Experience working in a lead generation focused role. Previous experience in Marketing Management, or Marketing leadership role. A background in B2B marketing is desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems. Hubspot would be preferable. Some experience with design software, including Adobe and Canva.
