Scrum Master - Data, AI & Purview Delivery
Robert Half is supporting their client, a leading Global Consulting Firm, in their urgent search for a Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across AI, data, and chatbot workstreams. This role replaces supports a high-performing, youthful tech team building cutting-edge AI solutions and working with Microsoft Purview for data governance.
Assignment Details:
* Location: London, UK Hybrid (some on-site expected c.2 days on site minimum)
* Duration: Now until end of December 2025
* Day Rate: £400 p/day via FCSA-accredited umbrella company
* Start Date: ASAP, subject to standard financial & criminal background checks
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery & Ceremonies
* Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and backlog grooming
* Coordinate work across multiple data and AI streams with fast-moving priorities
* Translate product requirements into clear deliverables for development teams
AI, Data & Governance Support
* Engage with chatbot developers and AI engineers to unblock delivery
* Support use of Microsoft Purview and data governance processes
* Assist in shaping story points and velocity with junior team members
Requirements:
* Experience as a Scrum Master in data-led or AI/tech-heavy environments
* Strong understanding of data delivery practices; Microsoft Purview exposure preferred
* Demonstrated success managing backlogs, prioritising stories, and driving agile ceremonies
* Comfortable guiding junior/early-career tech teams and cross-functional squads
* Excellent communicator, self-starter, and problem-solver
