One of the UK's most respected environmental consultancies is on the lookout for multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor Analysts to join their team to work on a range of exciting contracts based in London.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys in domestic, commercial & industrial premises.
2. Carry out 4-stage clearance and air monitoring duties.
3. Compile high-quality reports.
4. Oversee on-site contractors.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
1. BOHS P402, P403 + P404/RSPH3 qualifications.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience working within a dual trained role.
3. Competent in carrying out R&D surveys up to commercial & industrial level.
4. Authorized to complete air monitoring and 4 Stage Clearances.
5. Full UK driving license.
6. Flexible approach to out of hours/weekend work.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
