* Proven experience in data product management, including data platforms, core data models, or analytical solutions.
* Strong technical understanding of data systems, analytics, and governance.
* Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to define and deliver impactful data solutions.
* Proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap development.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
* Customer-centric mindset with a focus on solving high-impact problems and delivering value.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, including junior Product Managers.
* Experience driving strategic initiatives and managing a portfolio of complex products or projects.
* Expertise in fostering innovation and building scalable solutions in a high-growth environment.
