Job Title: Social Work
Location: Bexley
Rate: £32 per hour
An amazing opportunity has become available in Bexley, in a supportive and flexible Hospital Social Work team for an experienced Social Worker.
What will your responsibilities be?
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in Hospitals, D2A teams or within the community. You also will have strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* Minimum of 2 years experience in D2A or Hospital Discharge
