Role and responsibilities Acting as the lead day to day contact for media, influencer and partner enquiries Seeking and advancing appropriate media, influencer and partner opportunities to communicate company messages in coordination with sales. Planning and executing product sample rotations, providing necessary briefs and reporting in internal systems Planning and following up media actions, including banners, advertorials and campaign information Creating and distributing press releases and following up coverage Organizing and executing offline events including industry expos and campus activities Cooperating with 3rd parties (Game Studios, Related Intellectual Properties, 3rd party vendors) Reporting quarterly actions and claiming budgets Working with global team to plan, execute, track and evaluate the media relations strategy and activities for the corporate practices. This includes writing media releases and other newsworthy content for our website and journalists, writing media briefing sheets and organizing interviews and media roundtables Working with internal communications, content & campaigns, digital and creative services and coordinate the profile of the practices and its successes internally and externally Liaising with wider marketing team and our social media executive on social media posts, ensuring that all activity meets the Group’s standards Key requirements Proven track record in professional services media relations and enthusiasm for media relations Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple requests, prioritize and act quickly to meet tight deadlines Have confidence to work with people at all levels and take responsibility for advising and deciding what ideas should be taken to the media and act as gatekeeper to ensure the efficiency of workflow Ability to work well under pressure and provide support and advice when we are managing potentially negative publicity Ability to plan and implement PR campaigns, as well as track, evaluate and report activity Have the skills and presence to provide direct and clear advice to senior members of the business and be seen as a trusted adviser Quick adopter of new processes and navigating systems including journalist database, AI platform for media coverage, social media amplification tool and Microsoft Office Qualifications for PR Junior Manager 1-2 years of experience in marketing or marketing/business degree is desired Interest and knowledge of PC gaming and professional hardware is must Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail Basic knowledge of image processing software, HTML editing and CSS Eager to constantly improve and optimize Ability to travel as necessary
