Join the FireFit Youth Team as a Football Coach and make a lasting impact This is a permanent part-time role offering 6hrs per week - Friday 1800 - 2100hrs and Saturday Afternoon (time TBC) Responsibilities: Deliver inclusive football coaching for ages 6-21, fostering skills, confidence, and social connections. Use small-sided games to enhance player development in a structured environment. Encourage group participation to build friendships and new experiences. Maintain a positive, safe, and well-equipped space that promotes discipline. Evaluate sessions using FireFit Hub’s Youth Outcomes Framework for continuous improvement. Promote FireFit Hub to boost youth membership and participation. Skills & Experience: Minimum of FA Level 1 in Coaching Football First Aid at Work qualification (or be willing to work towards) Experience of delivering football coaching to diverse cohorts of young people Experience of challenging behaviour of young people and knowledge of conflict management Interview Process: Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of competency-based questions.
