Role involves delivering classes on self-defense, which can be on a theoretical or practical basis. The classes may cater to victims looking to protect themselves or ethnic minority groups, requiring sensitivity and understanding. We are also looking for someone to deliver fitness-based classes. These classes would suit someone with a martial arts/aerobics/fitness background or interest.
Experience required
No experience is required, but we prefer volunteers to come from a background in martial arts/aerobics/fitness with a keen interest in helping people. Training can be provided.

Expenses could be paid in the future depending on Centre funds.
