Location: Bolton
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 (DOE)

Your Role - Vehicle Damage Assessor:
* Assess and approve vehicle repair estimates (Audatex & in-house systems)
* Handle total loss settlements
* Support claims teams with technical expertise
* Monitor and improve repairer performance
* Ensure excellent customer service & manage expectations
What We Need - Vehicle Damage Assessor:
* Experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment or Automotive Engineering
* ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards them)
* Knowledge of repair methods, valuations, & estimating
* Proficiency with Audatex & Glassmatix
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
