5. Lead customer contract negotiations, ensuring they meet company policies and legal requirements.
6. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand current customer needs and acquire new business.
7. Prepare, manage, and control departmental budgets.
8. Create and manage team incentive plans, ensuring they reward the right behaviors and align with the business strategy.
