We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager who is keen to progress their career. The Role: Manage projects to agreed deliverables Ensure resource levels are in place and managed throughout the project Management of sites Implement a Project Management Plan (PMP) and the Project Quality Plan (PQP) Ensure the Design Material Schedule (DMS) is updated Conduct contract negotiations, reviews and notifications Ensure efficient running of sites Management of health & safety requirements Input to value engineering at each stage of the project and manage cost control Complete reports in accordance with quality management system The Person: Effective communicator who can build relationships with clients Be a solutions person Be Innovative and minimise risk Build relationships with other departments - Design, Procurement, Estimating, Quantity Surveying Strong experience gained in a similar role in the Construction/Engineering Sector This role will suit an experienced professional who has gained solid experience in a similar role within the Construction/Engineering sector.
