What You Will Do
Your duties will include the maintenance and filing of patients’ confidential records, recording patient-related data, admissions, and booking outpatient appointments using the computerised patient management system. You will also provide reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages, and be able to work flexibly.
What We’ll Need You To Bring
1. Good basic education.
2. Basic understanding of office procedures.
3. Proficient in the use of Software Systems.
4. Good organisational and communication skills.
It Would Be Good If You Also Had
1. Administrative experience.
2. Experience within a health service environment.
3. Keyboard skills.
4. Ability to multi-task.
5. Ability to work as part of a team and on initiative.
