BUSINESS SOLUTION OWNERWHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAYThe Data Solution Owner will be part of the Kelvatek Business Solutions team and will be responsible for defining and maintaining the Kelvatek data use cases and Data Product Roadmap.The Data Solution Owner will have a detailed understanding of the DNOs data & digitalisation strategies and will work directly with DNOs to understand their requirements and business drivers and use this input to develop new data use cases and data products. The Data Solution Owner will act as the main interface into the data solutions team working with the data product owner to schedule and deliver the data product roadmap. The Data Solution Owner will take a hands-on role in the triage and root cause analysis of data issues and then the manage any corrective action with the appropriate engineering or device product management teams.RESPONSIBILITESEngagement with customers across all teams to capture requirements and data use casesSupport sales team with customer presentations and proposals for data solutionsProduct Roadmap: Define and maintain the Kelvatek data uses cases and associated product roadmapWork with Data Solutions product owner to schedule and deliver features against the product roadmapInteraction with Engineering, Project Management and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful product roadmap delivery in line with regional requirements.Providing subject matter expertise and business context to the data solutions teamTriage and root cause analysis for data quality issuesManagement of data quality issues through collaboration with engineering and product management teamsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED· Proven experience in a product management role.Experience of delivering data and software solutions to customers in the Energy sector.A combination of data management and business knowledge to be able to translate the use case needs into data driven solutionsKnowledge of regulatory obligations and industry requirements within UK market – particularly DNO Data & Digitialiosation strategiesStrong analytical skillsExperience of data analysis / data exploration techniques and toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDESIRABLE· Experience using Jira and confluenceExperience working in a SCRUM environmentEvidence of use of customer insight and ability to problem solvEOUR VALUESWe work together - We know that working collaboratively will help us reach our shared goals faster, so we always look for ways to help each other.We believe in people - Here at Camlin, our people are central to what we do and what we can achieve.
