What Were Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* At least three years of experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2
* A strong track record supporting vulnerable learners and pupils with additional needs
* A deep understanding of the 2014 SEND Code of Practice, EHCPs, and inclusive classroom practice
* Experience planning tailored lessons that meet a range of individual needs and learning styles
* Confidence managing and developing support staff and working collaboratively with external agencies
Great, but Not Essential:
* A postgraduate qualification in SEND
* Experience working within a specialist provision or similar setting
* Familiarity with assessment systems for children working below expected levels
* The ability to lead and inspire others through coaching, modelling, or delivering CPD
