Full UK driving licence is essential The role of IT End User Device (EUD) Analyst is to ensure a high standard of providing the customer with an excellent experience and resolving IT incidents, requests and problems within the agreed Service Level Agreements times. Qualifications and Experience: Experienced in providing an excellent customer experience to a client’s user base, providing support in line with business impact. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT EUD incidents, requests and problems within the agreed Service Level Agreement’s. Proven experience of supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops and desktops.
