Job Description:
The Chemical Process Co-ordinator will lead a team of CPO technicians and ensure all functions for forthcoming CPO maintenance and process improvement in the plant.
The role involves leading a team of 1 direct with dotted line accountability for 5 shift-based CPOs, responsible for all Plant equipment relating to chemical processes.
Key responsibilities include planning and leading maintenance activities, reducing Pit Stop duration, managing teams to deliver first-time right tasks, and developing excellent communication skills with various departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical engineering or a related field, with qualifications such as a Time served apprentice level or equivalent in engineering practices and an Electrical Qualification (an advantage).
