We have a fantastic opportunity for aRegional Business Executive to join our thriving North team in our Manchester or Leeds office.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Support the preparation and implementation of the regional business plan
* Support the setting of regional KPIs
* Help collate & analyse numbers against KPIs on a monthly basis
* Manage business planning meetings across different office locations
* Ensure that HubSpot is used effectively by regional teams and drive reporting and analysis from it
* Monitor sales performance for regional clients - both existing and target
* Oversee and collate the quarterly work winning reporting
* Coordinate B2B across our regional client targets
* Lead on sector analysis for the region to align with the Hydrock sector leaders
* Support key bids to help with diary management, graphics team liaison and standard content collation
* Create and maintain an events calendar
* Work with Marketing to position Hydrock for awards
* Organise event booking and invitations – use HubSpot for the invitation tracking process
* Manage the internal BD preparation – organise pre and post event planning calls to assign actions.
* Capture follow up from events and track ROI
* Attend networking events to represent Hydrock in the region
* Identify opportunities for Hydrock to attend and speak at events
* Work with Marketing and Bids Team to define topics
* Manage availability of subject matter experts
* Source opportunity for thought leadership
Logistics:
* Support the RD in internal work winning meetings, capturing actions and following up on their progress
* Attend, arrange, coordinate and minute quarterly board meetings
* Book and invite speakers to the regular work winning sessions
* Coordinate and manage office/regional updates and regional gatherings
* Input to and oversee the regional staff engagement and wellbeing budget spend
* Input to and oversee the regional business development and marketing budget spend
* Must be willing to attend occasional evening and breakfast events
* Must be willing to travel to all areas of the north occasionally
Social Value:
* Join and minute the social value steering group to track progression
* Manage the DoFGC (or alternative regional social value initiative) programme for the region
* Work with Hydrock partners – e.g. PlanBEE, BiTC, CENE, NUF, Launchpad, local schools, colleges and universities etc - to generate social value opportunities
* Record and report social value proxy values, with a view to engendering strategic geographic opportunities for growth
