Seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee food service in a 5-Star resort in the Scottish Highlands, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The Food & Beverage Manager will lead a team of professionals, responsible for managing food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff development. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of food and beverage management, with experience in fine dining and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff development
* Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency
Requirements:
* Proven experience in fine dining, with a minimum of 3 AA Rosette and Level 3 WSET
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage management, with experience in menu planning, inventory control, and staff development
* Ability to stay up-to-date with current food and beverage trends and industry developments
* Valid driving license
