We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing: Proactively prospect and build strong relationships with new business across the UAE, Europe and beyond. Convert informal briefs into compelling, well-crafted proposals – from basic outlines to full RFP responses. Target and develop leads with initiative and enthusiasm. Collaborate across divisions to identify and offer additional services that align with client needs. Maximise the use of internal systems like Salesforce to track progress and optimise revenue opportunities. Represent the company with professionalism and flair – through every conversation, visual, or written presentation. ✅ What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Exhibitions / Live Events industry. A natural talent for building rapport and maintaining long-term relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding tenders and presentations. A can-do attitude with a flexible approach – including availability for occasional weekend work and travel. A team spirit and an eye for opportunities across business units.
