Our client is a leading and established international manufacturing business and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor to join them on an on-going temp basis in their Irlam office.
Job Description
As a Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Handling inbound calls and emails from an international customer base
* Processing customer orders
* Providing logistical updates on customer orders
* Handling any financial queries from a customer, i.e. invoice disputes
* Ad-hoc duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
* Can commit to a part-time temp role (Mon - Fri 9 - 1pm working patterns)
* Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
* 1 years experience within customer service telephony based roles
* Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
Please note you will need able to pass DBS checks to be offer employment
