Administrator Ongoing Temporary Position. Paying between £12.50 - £13.50 per hour. Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm (inclusive of an hour lunch break). Part-time hours are available (must be across 5 days). Office-based in Birmingham (B68). We are working with a Freight and Logistics organisation who are seeking an Administrator to join their Accounts department. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. However, our client is open to candidates who may wish to want part-time hours across 5 days (Monday to Friday). We are interested in speaking to candidates who are either looking to pursue a career in Administration, or who have previous Administrative experience. This is a position that is looking to start in mid-April 2025. Duties & Responsibilities of the Administrator: Managing all methods of communication, such as phone calls, post and emails. Liaising with Suppliers to obtain insurance documentation, diarising renewal documentation for future. Diary management for the Accounts department and other Management. Organising Freight documentation across two branches, ensuring documentation is allocated to the correct department. Organising and recording of purchase orders, proof of delivery notes, booking confirmations and other freight documentation. Filing of all paperwork, across many types of filing. Cross-checking information across systems. Any other administrative duties as and when required. We are seeking a candidate who is proactive and possesses a desire to learn, administrative experience is ideal but not at all necessary. A second European language may also be desired, but not a necessity to be able to perform well in this role.
