We’re a boutique agency based in London, well-regarded for our innovation in luxury brand marketing. Specialising in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, we work with some of the most iconic names in fashion, beauty and accessories. As a small, agile team, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the entrepreneurial spirit to match our ambitions. If you have a passion for luxury and are tech-savvy with a flair for managing creative and tech teams, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager & Business Analyst, you’ll take charge of managing development projects, coordinating between designers, tech partners, and clients. You’ll be the one making sure our Shopify-based e-commerce solutions are seamless and up to the standards our luxury clients expect. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of Shopify projects, coordinating with creative and tech teams to deliver high-quality results on time. Quality Assurance: You’ll be detail-focused, ensuring that every project goes through proper testing. You should understand the tech involved well enough to oversee and troubleshoot. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, inspiring them with our ideas and always looking for ways to enhance their experience with us. Business Analysis: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, document requirements, and develop actionable project plans. Technical Know-How: While not a developer role, you’ll need a solid understanding of Shopify (including its template language, Liquid), and other e-commerce tools. Experience with GitHub is a plus, as it will help you work closely with tech teams. Agile Project Management: You’ll organise and prioritise tasks using Kanban and help keep the team on track by managing backlogs and strategising workflows. Feature Planning: Assist with the ideation and planning of new features, ensuring they align with the client’s goals and our high standards. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 3-4 years in project management or business analysis, ideally within a digital or e-commerce agency setting. Shopify experience is key. Tech Understanding: Familiarity with Shopify’s ecosystem, Liquid, APIs, and GitHub is important, even if you’re not hands-on with the code. Tools & Organisation: Strong experience with tools like Trello, Jira, Confluence, and Excel/Google Sheets. You should be comfortable handling project management tools and organising data. Luxury & Design Appreciation: You should have a strong eye for luxury branding and an understanding of how design and user experience come together in high-end e-commerce experiences. Client-Focused Mindset: Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to inspire, upsell, and provide strategic guidance. Detail-Oriented: Precision is a must—our clients expect the best, and so do we. Why Join Us: Flexible hybrid work setup (3 days in our London office, 2 days remote). Private healthcare and a competitive salary. An allowance to treat yourself to products from our luxury clients. Work alongside a talented team in a sleek, innovative environment where your contributions really matter. Interested? If this sounds like the kind of role you’d thrive in, we’d love to hear from you.
