ABOUT OUR SALES TEAM

This role is UK-based, but fluency in an additional European language and experience working with European customers is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AT BEAMERY
1. Lead the entire sales cycle, from igniting the spark of opportunity to sealing the million dollar deal. You'll be the mastermind behind prospecting campaigns, uncovering golden nuggets in discovery meetings, forecasting like a pro, and sealing deals with our Value Framework.
2. Fuel our growth by stacking up your pipeline! Your self-motivation and tenacity will be the driving force behind drumming up new leads, ensuring our success soars to new heights.
3. Dive into complex enterprise deals with a world-class mindset, embracing our sales methodology. Your strategic and agile approach will be the key to hitting quota.
4. You'll proactively maintain momentum and identify opportunities to shorten the sales cycle by keeping prospects engaged, and closing deals faster.
5. Embrace the role of a trusted advisor by understanding our customers' needs and crafting long-term solutions to always understand ‘what are they trying to solve?’. You'll be the hero solving their HR and Talent business problems.
6. Nurture relationships with our engineers and product team, collaborating to adapt and enhance our product for our customers. You're the link between innovation and the customer's vision.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1. Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to enterprise businesses in Europe and fluency in an additional European language is essential.
2. You thrive in ambiguity and see opportunities in the evolving HR & Talent industry, embracing change and relentlessly seeking new opportunities while remaining agile and highly consultative.
3. Your sales technique is captivating and naturally transforms deals with your storytelling. You're not just selling; you're leading a transformative journey.
4. You are an excellent communicator and feel comfortable authentically engaging with C-Suite level decision makers. Our deals often involve the CFO, CHRO & CEO.
5. You are naturally curious and an attentive listener. Your negotiation style is based on immersing yourself in the challenges of your prospects and deriving enjoyment from solving their problems.
