Flourish Education are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a "Ofsted rated Good" Primary School located in Stratford-Upon-Avon, The school is looking to appoint a long term SEND Teaching Assistant support a child in KS2 with 1:1 support on a part time basis. The school provides a caring and supportive environment for staff and children. The child has a range of complex needs including PDA and Challenging behaviour. This Role is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday all day and Friday pm only. This position is due to start in May and continue until the end of the academic year. Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role: Teaching Assistant Level 2 Qualification Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils. Build effective relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH. Experience within UK primary schools. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
