Note: This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little professional engineering experience and is NOT suitable for candidates who already have an engineering, software or computing degree.
During your employment, you will be required to share your time between the workplace and university. You will:
1. Grow your knowledge of software engineering as you rotate through different parts of the business working within our Integrated Project Teams.
2. Develop practical skills in software engineering design and development for complex systems.
3. Build an understanding of key software engineering processes and technologies.
4. Support early careers activities - our apprentices and graduates have the opportunity to work as STEM ambassadors in schools, colleges and universities
5. Commit to the successful completion of all your academic modules and assignments in support of a recognised Level 6 Apprenticeship standard.
You must have as a minimum:
104 UCAS Points to include at least 2 STEM subjects (3 C's at A' Level or T Level core pass C or equivalent qualification)
Plus 5 GCSE grades 9-4 / A* - C or equivalent, must include Maths. English and a Science

The starting salary for this role is £20,500
