Alcedo Care are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Field Care Supervisor for our office to strengthen our team at a completetive pay rate of £15.00 Per hour plus pension plus holiday pay!
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED IN HEALTH & SOCIAL, HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO THEIR OWN VEHICLE - NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT TYPE.
Must have flexible availability to work out in the field, along with office days. Ratio split 60% office 40% out in field or 50% office 50% out in field inlcuding some weekends.
You will be responsible for:
• Undertaking spot checks on care workers within the field
• Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks
• Customer service reviews
• Assisting with completing carers and clients’ weekly rotas helping with business development
• Supervising care services
• Providing care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures
• On Call Duties - On a rota basis shared with other office members
• Deliver high quality care to our customers
What we require:
• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social
• Is computer literate
• Must have availability to work weekends where needed
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car
