Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Dealer Account Manager. The successful candidate can be based at any of our office (Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield or Manchester) or depending on experience work remotely. This is a full 360 sales role.
The Dealer Account Manager will be responsible for generating new finance applications from motor dealers and managing such relationships. The role also requires the Dealer Account Manager to transact the finance approval to payout with one of our funders. This will require excellent customer service skills, the ability to build rapport and juggle a very challenging workload. The ideal candidate will work closely with other departments to drive success and support business goals.
Qualifications
* Experience in building new business relationships.
* Previous experience in managing dealer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of finance transactions and processes
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with smart technology and traditional service methods
* Attention to detail and ability to review applications accurately
* Experience in automotive finance or related fields is a plus
