SAP Concur is looking to hire an exceptional Marketing Executive to drive the EMEA SMB new business marketing plan. This role will focus on growing awareness, driving engagement and demand across multiple digital channels, including paid social through LinkedIn, display, email, website management as well as supporting wider field marketing initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to work with local, regional, and global teams across a range of functions including campaigns, content, and digital. You will need to be action orientated, an excellent communicator with strong collaboration and analytical skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Objectives:
1. Deliver digital marketing programs in collaboration with new business team, global digital team, and content teams.
2. Support the implementation of the EMEA website strategy.
3. Optimise the buying experience across digital channels, including web, display and paid social.
4. Monitor, analyse, report, and optimise campaign performance against in-platform metrics and pipeline goals.
5. Support with wider field marketing programs as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with the implementation of the EMEA website strategy and associated analysis to help drive optimisation.
6. Understand the digital buyers’ journey to optimise the web user experience and drive engagement.
7. Work with local and regional content and digital teams to apply and optimise website updates and merchandise content across our EMEA websites.
8. Enhance the Drift chatbot experience and associated processes.
9. Support regular website and digital business impact analysis.
Help drive the implementation of our digital and target account marketing strategy in collaboration with regional and global teams:
10. Create, coordinate, and optimise digital campaigns which deliver effective reach, high quality web traffic and generate cost-efficient leads.
Deliver and optimise integrated target account programs through digital channels including paid social, display and PPC.
11. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, with a particular focus on in-platform metrics.
12. Support with the promotion of field programs, such as events.
Own the delivery of our content syndication program.
13. Work with content and the global acquisition team to deliver lead generation programs through third party content syndication partners.
14. Monitor and process lead uploads ensuring audience accuracy.
Other key skills:
15. Analytics – Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive improved performance.
16. Platforms – Experience working with: Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Salesforce, Drupal, Marketo, Demandbase.
What you bring
17. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a digital marketing role.
18. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and principles, including social (LinkedIn), display, email, SEO, PPC, website CMS and analytics.
19. Must be extremely well organised and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
20. Exceptional communicator with strong collaboration skills.
21. Action orientated with a focus on driving results.
22. Ability to work independently, but also as a cross functional team.
