Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced ICT Project Manager to join Westmorland and Furness Council. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing technology projects within the public sector, with a proven ability to drive projects from conception through to successful delivery.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including council staff, external partners, and community members. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will help you navigate challenges and ensure projects align with our community's needs and objectives.
Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is essential, as is a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
