We are currently recruiting for a Facilities and Quality Compliance Administrator.
You will be working with the Engineering and Facilities team who are primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of Production, Utilities, Laboratory, and Office Assets.
Role: Facilities and Quality Compliance Administrator
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, typically 0745 - 1645
Location: Milton Park, Abingdon
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Routine data entry of comments written on Work Orders into the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Print Work Orders from the CMMS for distribution.
* Archive maintenance records as per existing procedures, ensuring they are easily retrieved and always audit ready.
* Support filing and retention of service reports from Contractors.
* Index, scan and organise library of Operating manuals and associated documents to facilitate paper and electronic retrieval.
* Prepare and complete Quality Management System (Deviations, Change Controls and CAPA’s) documentation on behalf of the FM&E Team.
* Working with Technical owners, submit FM&E documentation (Procedures, forms, lists and reports).
* Undertake the duties outlined above and other similar duties as directed by the Senior Maintenance Planner and from time-to-time other tasks as may be required to support the Company.
Your ideal skills and experience:
* Previous experience gained in an administrative role is essential.
* A working knowledge of GMP environment and Quality Management Systems.
* Customer focused, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communicator able to work with a variety of stakeholders/customers.
* Attention to detail and good literacy skills are a prerequisite.
* Well organised, adept at implementing standard ways of working and following procedures.
* Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, co-operative and reliable.
* Experience of using a CMMS would be advantageous; albeit system specific training will be provided.
Education:
* Educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent.
