Infinity Employment is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our client based in Havant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to our client’s customers. This role involves engaging with customers via inbound and outbound phone calls and other communication channels, ensuring their needs are met while promoting products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders accurately.
2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
3. Strong communication with customers and other employees.
4. Actively seek to increase customer order values through offering additional products and services.
5. Encourage distributors to place orders through the e-commerce website.
6. Ensure back orders are distributed as soon as possible, taking the opportunity to upsell to customers.
7. Validate customer data.
8. Promote and share best practices.
9. Provide after-sales support and technical advice on products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00 increased to £27,500.00 after 6 months.
