As an NPI Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful initiation, development, and launch of new products into the market. This role will focus on: Initiating projects by verifying feasibility and working out budgets, teams, and resources. Developing and managing robust project definitions, timelines, and budgets from ideation to commercialization. Leading, motivating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements and deliverables. Ensuring all project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the expected level of quality. Identifying and managing risks through proactive mitigation and implementing best practices for projects. To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Professional accreditation as a Project Manager (e.g., APM) or working towards accreditation is preferred. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, or equivalent.
