Participate in multi-agency meetings such as child protection conferences, looked after reviews, and core group meetings to ensure coordinated care. Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive case records in line with legislative and procedural requirements. Ensure practice is in accordance with national and local policies, procedures, and standards, staying abreast of changes and updates. Engage in supervision and reflective practice to support ongoing professional development and maintain high standards of practice.
