Regional Account Manager
Location: Wolverhampton line upwards and N.Ireland
Salary: £45,000 per annum Negotiable DOE
Type: Permanent
Our client is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join their team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving their client's sales goals and budget regionally. You will play a critical role in analysing accounts, creating action plans, and developing strategic account plans to achieve account priorities and brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Assess accounts to understand issues, stakeholders, and regional networks.
2. Create plans to achieve account priorities and brand strategy.
3. Effectively participate in customer visits on site and externally.
4. Foster relationships with customers and help them find solutions.
5. Identify and win new clients, especially from competitors.
6. Present the company's value proposition to prospective clients.
7. Develop plans for top accounts and prospects.
8. Ensure a positive and constructive approach to achieve growth and increase sales.
Requirements:
1. Commercial awareness and an understanding of the financial impact of decisions made at all levels of the organisation.
2. Background in Manufacturing especially Packing would be highly advantageous.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
4. Ability to prepare annual sales budgets and regular sales forecasts.
5. Proven track record in sales and business development.
6. Strong presentation and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
