What You'll Be Doing: As the Marketing Manager, you’ll own and scale the marketing efforts, making sure their message reaches the right people and drives tangible results. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and figure out the best ways to build a world-class marketing engine. Key Responsibilities: Own Content Marketing: Lead the content strategy, manage editorial calendar, and create compelling, high-impact content (blogs, case studies, white papers, etc.) that drives engagement. SEO & Organic Growth: Implement and optimise SEO strategies to increase visibility, attract organic traffic, and improve search rankings using Google analytics. Drive Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and customers throughout the funnel. You’ll create email sequences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention. Boost Brand Awareness & Engagement: Own the social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), crafting and executing strategies that elevate the brand. Influence Paid Advertising: Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other platforms. You’ll craft ad copy, test creatives, and optimise targeting to ensure we’re getting high-quality conversions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals. Your contributions will directly impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition, helping us scale our marketing efforts effectively. Requirements: We’re looking for someone who’s just as excited about data as they are about creativity, and who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving Startup environment. Key Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media. A creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach —you’re constantly measuring performance and adjusting strategies based on results. You know how to craft compelling messages that resonate with different audiences and drive action. You’re focused on driving measurable results—whether it’s more traffic, more leads, or more conversions. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in an environment where you get to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.
