We are now looking for a Principal Administrative Officer to join the University on a full time basis, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. THE ROLE The main purpose of this new role is to lead the team of Home Admissions staff in London Campus, with a shared vision and focus on meeting admissions targets and ensuring an excellent applicant experience from initial contact through to enrolment. ABOUT YOU To be considered for this role, you will need: Good level of general education Previous experience of leading admissions processes Proven experience in working with student recruitment agencies Current knowledge of the processes and regulations of SLC/SFE Proven communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain excellent working relationships Evidence of the ability to manage others and bring teams together with a shared vision Experience in monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving systems Evidence of the ability to apply attention to detail Ability to meet tight deadlines Proven IT skills with experience of admissions databases Recognises the need for and demonstrates appropriate confidentiality Able and prepared to work flexibly, including travel between campuses and locations when required.
