What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead the Client Success Team: Deliver strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of technical consultants. Actively engage to support the team in their daily tasks and help them develop the skills needed for success.
2. Be the Client Champion: Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
3. Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute client success strategies that align with company goals and drive client retention and satisfaction.
4. Deliver Outstanding Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and oversee tailored solutions to meet their goals.
5. Team and Resource Management: Oversee project delivery, manage team workloads, and ensure efficient resolution of client support tickets.
6. Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify and pursue opportunities for additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
7. Maintain Best Practices: Ensure compliance with Cloud9 Insight’s playbook and processes, including escalating issues to Microsoft when necessary.
8. Client Training and Onboarding: Support the delivery of client training sessions and oversee onboarding for new clients.
9. Drive Continuous Improvement: Use client feedback and team insights to enhance processes and drive business growth.
