Position: Carpenter, Plumber and Multi Trade Operatives
Location: Croydon
Salary: £20 per hour plus van and fuel card
Type: Temp to perm opportunity
We are looking for Carpenters, Plumbers, and Multi Trade Operatives that have experience within the social housing sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contract in Croydon, South London, and surrounding postcodes.
This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6-month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools.
You will need:
1. Full UK manual driving licence
2. Previous experience on a similar contract
3. Relevant qualifications (desirable)
4. Clean DBS
