The purpose of this vacancy is to book inspections for current customers. The companies are expecting the call. You will be phoning the companies and managing the bookings through the diary of the business ensuring the contractors are updated on daily workload.
Responsibilities:
1. Make telephone calls to customers to book their inspections and achieve individual call targets to maximise booking SLA’s.
2. Take responsibility for any queries and actions that come from the inspection reports or from calls with customers.
3. Ensure all customers receive a good level of customer service throughout the inspection process.
4. Keep the CRM up to date and maintain accurate records, logging calls, sending emails, and working activity queues.
5. Undertake any other duties which reasonably fall within the remit of the role.
Person Specification:
1. Experience of handling large outbound call volumes.
2. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Experience of Microsoft Teams.
4. Experience of CRM systems.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Excellent telephone manner.
Hours of Work:
9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Initially working in the office. The company operates a hybrid working policy of 1 day in the office and 4 days remote working.
