Company
Here at Instinct, we are working with a leading organisation rolling out a new account management system across its depots nationwide. They are looking for experienced Trainers to deliver engaging, hands-on training to depot teams across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face training, enjoys travel, and can confidently engage an audience.
Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact system training rollout across a national depot network. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, hands-on training to ensure a smooth transition to a new account management system. Working closely with depot teams, trainers, and stakeholders, you'll provide both face-to-face and virtual training, adapting to different learning styles and business needs. With a proactive and confident approach, you'll help drive change, ensuring every session is impactful, well-structured, and delivered with excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic training programme in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Skillset required:
1. Training Delivery Expertise: Proven experience in delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions, ensuring participants gain a clear understanding of new systems and processes.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences, adapting your style to suit depot staff, managers, and senior stakeholders.
3. Strong Facilitation & Presentation Skills: Confident in leading workshops, managing group dynamics, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
4. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling last-minute changes, and responding proactively to challenges.
5. Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel across the UK, spending time at different depots as required (travel and accommodation expenses covered).
6. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using and training others on business systems, CRMs, or operational platforms (experience in system training is a plus but not essential).
7. Organisational & Time Management: Ability to manage schedules efficiently, balancing in-person and remote training while meeting rollout deadlines.
8. Resilience & Professionalism: Able to confidently manage a room, engage participants, and handle resistance to change in a positive and constructive way.
Rewards
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact training programme within a well-established organisation. You'll gain valuable experience delivering both face-to-face and virtual training across the UK, enhancing your skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and system training.
