Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and administration? We're looking for a Payroll & Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and ensure smooth payroll processing and accurate record-keeping.
What You'll Do:
✅ Payroll & Attendance Management
Collate and process weekly time and attendance data.
Maintain and update holiday, sickness, and absence records in the system.
Identify and resolve unallocated absences, working with department managers.
Assist employees with payroll, holiday, and sickness queries.✅ Accurate Record-Keeping
Maintain up-to-date records for overtime, sickness (statutory & company), and absences.
Ensure both electronic and paper personnel records are accurate and organised.✅ Payroll Processing
Update employee details (salary, tax codes, hours, etc.).
Process payroll adjustments via the PayCom system.
Upload and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy before submission.
Send pay notifications to employees and handle any queries or adjustments.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
✔ Experience in payroll processing and office administration.
✔ Proficiency in payroll software (PayCom experience is a plus!).
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
