ER/HR Advisor
£25.00 per hour
Brentwood (On-site, 5 days a week) 3-6 month contract
Our client is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis for an initial 3-6 month contract.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00
Key Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification essential
* Proven experience managing complex ER casework from start to finish
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Ability to work autonomously and provide expert guidance to stakeholders
* Experience advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases
* Lead and manage complex ER casework from investigation to resolution
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment law
