We are recruiting for a new Customer Service opportunity in Warwick!
The role involves inbound call taking and handling customer queries related to problems with boilers, as well as arranging engineers to fix issues. Eventually, you will be trained to sell warranties on the boilers, allowing you to earn commission.
This is a 13-week temporary position with a permanent opportunity. The pay is £12.58 per hour, paid weekly. Shifts will be from 8 am to 2 pm (Monday to Friday), totaling 20 hours per week. The office is based in Warwick, CV34, with a hybrid opportunity available after training. The start date is the 28th of October.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in customer-facing positions and possess a great personality and work ethic!
