Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working within Business Development Team, the Head of Sales will be primarily responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy to expand TerraQuest’s data customer base. Initially, this role will focus on direct sales, securing new high-value clients and growing revenue. Over time, the successful candidate will build and lead a dedicated data sales team to scale this business unit. What you will be doing… Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow TerraQuest’s data business. Identify and secure new customers, from SME PropTechs to large corporate enterprises. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close. Create and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets. Market Development & Client Engagement Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in PropTech, technology, and engineering sectors. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and shape data solutions accordingly. Represent TerraQuest at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Scaling the Business Establish and refine sales processes, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches. Work closely with marketing to generate demand and improve lead conversion. Hire, train, and manage a high-performing data sales team as the business grows. Collaboration & Strategy Work with internal teams (product, data, marketing) to refine offerings and enhance value propositions. Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to shape TerraQuest’s data strategy. What we are looking for… Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record in B2B data sales. Experience closing complex, high-value sales deals. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth and scale a sales function. Strong relationship management skills and experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises. Ability to work independently and later build and lead a team.
