Night Support Worker – Saundersfoot, Awel Y Mor - Hourly rate £11.60 to £12.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience- 35 Hours a week.

Role Overview: Due to expansion we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, helping them to lead active, socially valued, and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with each individual, tailoring support to their unique needs and aspirations. Whilst this is a night position, this is subject to change in order to meet the needs of the business.
About Awel Y Mor: Situated near the charming Saundersfoot harbour, Awel y Mor is a welcoming home for up to three adults aged 18 and over. This spacious residence features three double bedrooms, communal lounges, a modern kitchen, and a tranquil landscaped garden. Awel y Mor feels like a family home, balancing learning, leisure, and life skills. Our creative team of carers works closely with each individual to ensure they feel happy and supported.

A typical shift will include:
Providing high quality bespoke care to the people we support, including keeping accurate records.
Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment, and that it feels like home.
Being a positive role model to the people we support and promoting their independence through a range of activities.
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and elements of personal care.

Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
Candidates with a full UK licence and access to their own vehicle is essential due to the rural location of the home.Please note: This job role involves regulatedactivity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
