We are looking for a national Clinical Lead for the Centre for Sustainable Delivery’s Primary Care, Secondary Care Interface programme.
This role will provide professional expertise on the development, design and delivery of work of the CfSD in relation to the Primary Care, Secondary Care Interface.
The Clinical Lead for Primary Care, Secondary Care Interface will work in partnership with the National Improvement Advisor, Head of programmes, National Associate Directors and Associate Clinical Directors within the Centre for Sustainability to build on the work currently underway. Current work is focused on facilitating primary care engagement across CfSD pathways, including the development and adoption of an active dissemination approach to pathway deployment.
This position will have a key role in supporting the adoption of an active approach to dissemination of pathways, development of a national framework for interface working and building stronger relationships with primary care and those working across the primary, secondary care interface.
The role will require someone who can act authoritatively as a change agent and display the highest professional standards, with experience of working with executive and senior managers across NHS Scotland, specifically within primary care and across the primary care, secondary care interface.
