Commercial Manager for Merchant Job Title: Commercial Manager for Merchant Location: Head Office, New Milton, Caird Avenue, BH25 5PX Hours: 37.5 hours per week Work Pattern: Monday - Friday Benefits: Detailed below Duties will include: • Focus on rebuilding relationships with existing portfolio customers. Target recapturing lost volume from existing accounts using the decline in spend report. • Quote to close ratio target of 75%. Reported through Quarterly forward forecast. • Target new account growth – Expectation of opening 2 new credit accounts per month. • Customer site visits targeted at a minimum of 5 per day. • Annual revenue target of £750k. Based on ex-yard delivered products. 20% Screen Margin • Annual revenue target of £400k. Based on Direct to Site delivered products. 5-7.5% Screen Margin • Target approx. net return of £150k • Tracked cross selling leads / sales forwarded to other NMSB pillars.
