HR Case Manager - Remote

We are currently recruiting for a Field Based HR Case Manager to support our client's business, based in and around the South West Region.
You will need to be CIPD level 5 or above to apply and will be responsible for providing a professional, proactive person with excellent communication and written skills to liaise with all levels across the business. The role will give you in-depth exposure to many complex people matters. The candidate will need to have experience in managing numerous HR Cases.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex matters.
2. Deal with serious conduct matters, employee relation issues, employee concerns, and capability.
3. Conduct thorough investigations and suspensions where required.
4. Provide face-to-face support to Managers or act as HR lead on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals within nationwide locations.
5. Ensure good employment practice through the provision of clear advice and guidance in line with the company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
6. Adopt a pragmatic approach in offering solutions to managers, while recognising legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Work autonomously whilst using your own initiative, on delegated work areas.
8. Review and prepare letters/documents in readiness for and after formal hearings and provide feedback to Managers where required.
9. Ensure all case management details are recorded accurately on the system and that cases are managed proactively.

1. Accurate, considered diary management.
2. Compliance with HR policy and legislation/processes.
3. Risk analysis.
4. SLAs met.
5. People's issues successfully dealt with by the line with appropriate support.
6. Accurate and timely completion of case management administration.

1. Ability to work remotely, autonomously and use own initiative.

To apply, you will need to have a proven track record of dealing with complex HR cases, demonstrate good knowledge of current employment law and legislation, and have the relevant CIPD qualification.
Salary is up to £42k and is a field-based role.
